Move any furniture to the center of the room.
Cover all furniture with new plastic sheeting
Protect floors and other surfaces that will not receive
paint with canvas drop clothes.
Mask trim and other surfaces as required.
Remove cover plates from electrical outlets and switches.
Repair any damaged areas using fast dry joint compound and repair tape as
necessary.
Fill nail holes and minor blemishes using lightweight spackle.
Sand walls ( entire area to be painted )
Apply primer to areas that have been patched.
Apply high quality paint purchased from one of our trade account suppliers.
In color of your choice.
Clean up and properly dispose of any trash generated in the painting process.
Leave touch up paint with the owner.
